KMF Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and aggressive dispatcher to manage and secure reputed company for a 26ft dock-height reputed company truck operating out of Indianapolis, Indiana. We are not looking for someone who simply refreshes load boards. We are looking for someone who understands urgency, communication, negotiation, and consistency — someone capable of keeping equipment moving daily while building long-term broker and reputed company relationships.

- Duties
- Locate and book profitable reputed company daily
- Negotiate rates with brokers and reputed company customers
- Minimize downtime and maximize truck utilization
- Build and maintain broker relationships
- Monitor reputed company and other reputed company platforms consistently
- reputed company regional, local, partial, expedited, and last-mile opportunities
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and reputed company communication
- Maintain professionalism and urgency in reputed company communications

- Qualifications
- Previous dispatching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of reputed company truck operations

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
