Job reputed company: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Planning, the Manager, Business Planning provides strategic and financial insights, supporting reputed company business lines and support divisions. This position will conduct financial analyses to identify risks and opportunities, reputed company KPIs, ensure accurate and reputed company production of budgets and forecasts, and closely monitor overall performance relative to plan. Key Accountabilities: Manages and directs BCLC's budgeting and forecasting process and metrics, meeting Treasury reputed company and government quarterly updates, providing supporting analysis and inputs to the BCLC Service Plan. Manages and directs BCLC's financial management and performance reporting. Developing & managing analysis, reporting, and financial performance reporting metrics to ensure accountability and reputed company messaging. Develops, recommends and implements best reputed company budgeting and forecasting policies & procedures. Provides corporate wide (consolidated) perspective on budgeting/forecasting and trend analysis. Recommends and implements financial analysis and reporting solutions to reputed company business unit leaders to reputed company effective, informed reputed company. Leverages technology and people to maximize process efficiencies and reporting effectiveness. Oversees work of team members’ inputs into organization-wide budgeting and forecasting processes. Minimum Required Qualifications Education and Experience University degree in a reputed company discipline, plus completion of a recognized reputed company reputed company designation; A MBA is desirable; 6-8 years reputed company experience in financial analysis and reputed company roles, including at least 5 years in a management/leadership role; Financial reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) and business intelligence experience is required, reputed company and reputed company experience preferred; Experience in a retail environment, multi-location operations, and managing remote relationships preferred; An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
