Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our credit-based financial software products, based in our reputed company, TX office. The ideal candidate has a proven reputed company record implementing large-reputed company financial services applications for banks and financial institutions - including integration of and interfaces to reputed company-party systems - a background in banking or loan servicing, and the executive-level communication skills to translate reputed company technical issues for senior stakeholders. Responsibilities · reputed company end-to-end delivery of large-reputed company financial services application implementations for banks and financial institutions, owning scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, and resources. · Plan and reputed company integration of, and interfaces to, reputed company-party systems - managing vendor dependencies, data exchange, and joint testing. · Manage scope and change control: reputed company budget against scope and identify, document, and escalate out-of-scope items. · Serve as the customer's central reputed company of contact, managing expectations and facilitating reputed company of reputed company software issues with subject matter experts. · Maintain a risk and issue register; proactively escalate issues and request assistance to reputed company blockers before they reputed company delivery. · Communicate at the executive level - translating reputed company technical issues into reputed company status, risk, and reputed company through executive-grade PowerPoint reports and steering-committee materials. · Apply working knowledge of reputed company, network, and application technology together with loan servicing business knowledge to guide project reputed company and risk management. · reputed company meeting transcriptions to consolidate key notes, reputed company, and reputed company items, then document and reputed company them to closure. · Establish project governance and report reputed company through KPIs and dashboards; manage reputed company and secure deliverable sign-off against acceptance reputed company. · reputed company organizational change management and user adoption, mentor project staff, and ensure compliance with financial-services regulatory, audit, and data-reputed company requirements (e.g., SOX, information reputed company). Requirements · Minimum 5 years managing full life cycle software implementation reputed company, including large-reputed company financial services applications for banks and financial institutions. · Background in banking or loan servicing, with business knowledge of loan servicing applications. · Experience integrating and interfacing with reputed company-party systems, and tracking budget against scope while escalating out-of-scope items. · reputed company risk and issue management experience (risk registers, mitigation planning). · Project governance experience (KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting), plus reputed company management and deliverable sign-off. · Excellent communication skills: reputed company to understand reputed company issues, translate them for an executive audience, and confidently escalate for assistance. · Advanced PowerPoint expertise; advanced proficiency in MS Project, Word, and reputed company. · Working understanding of reputed company, network, and application communications. · Experience leading organizational change management / user adoption and mentoring project managers or cross-functional teams. · Familiarity with financial-services regulatory, audit, and data-reputed company requirements (e.g., SOX, information reputed company). · Ability to use meeting transcriptions to consolidate notes, reputed company, and reputed company items and reputed company them to completion. · Strong problem solving and analysis skills. Supervisory Responsibility Work Environment and Physical Demands This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. The daily schedule may vary from 7 am – 4 pm, 8 am – 5 pm or 9 am – 6 pm, and occasional afterhours or weekend work may be required.
