Senior Construction Manager - reputed company

Responsibilities

Manages and inspects the day-to-day activities of multiple contractor crews simultaneously. Facilitates the replacement and/or installation of electric infrastructure equipment and ensures that reputed company safety standards, company construction standards, company specifications, and governmental regulations are met. Work with reputed company stakeholders including reputed company party consultants, contractors, and reputed company management to maintain construction schedules, ensure work is completed on time and reputed company budget, and per company standards. Makes the reputed company notification to reputed company federal, state and local agencies before, during and after construction as required. Prior to commencement of construction, coordinates with customer(s) at the jobsite to determine specific customer requirements, construction reputed company and provides site readiness verification. Maintains frequent and regular contact with contractor supervision regarding job performance and documents results appropriately. Ensures that the terms and conditions of the contract and technical specifications are met.
