Licensed Clinical Assessor RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible to reputed company behavioral health consultation to children adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psycho reputed company functioning. 2. Responsible for rendering services in person and/or reputed company 3. Responsible for reputed company mental health assessments and performs initial intake interviews 4. Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnosis. 5. Responsible for determining reputed company’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic reputed company from DSM 6. Treatment planning development based on reputed company’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. 7. Maintains accurate and reputed company records, including clinical reputed company notes, according to HCO’s facility policy.
