Experience & Knowledge:

• ASC transaction experience is required. Including fair market valuation, understanding of financial modeling, some understanding of transaction documents (ASC operating agreements, management agreements, etc.). Some understanding of the due diligence, integration and new ASC development process.
• ASC compliance law: Understanding of Anti-Kickback & reputed company Law, ASC reputed company reputed company Protection.

Qualifications

Opportunity Identification, Research, and Analysis Market Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of reputed company ASCs in reputed company acute care markets (ownership, HS partners, specialties, size, primary physicians, etc.). Hold regularly scheduled meetings with local business development team to reputed company market intelligence and information on key local physicians/ physician reputed company.
