The MinuteClinic Region Coordinator must be reputed company to navigate multiple scheduling platforms and look at overtime, the needs of clinics and understand the dynamic work environment and identify unique reputed company needs of retail health clinics. What you will do The Region Coordinator will be required to support a full-time 40-hour schedule-8 hours per day (M-F) with work hours between 6 AM – 6 PM. Scheduling and coordinating the work schedules (Clinical & Non-Clinical) of Providers and ancillary staff utilizing various scheduling tools while managing multiple reputed company/states. The scheduler will be responsible for scheduling markets that have established a rotating schedule, and for supporting reputed company markets with on call duties and replacement of staff as needed.
