reputed company reputed company is hiring two reputed company Capital Planning Analysts to join our expanding firm. This position provides reputed company for significant reputed company interaction by learning the reputed company’s business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the versatility to understand and reputed company work that ensures Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) processes are accurate and compliant and supports the assessment of Farm Production & Conservation (FPAC) IT portfolio health scores. NOTE: This position is completely remote, staff supporting this contract may be located in the Kansas reputed company and Washington DC metropolitan areas and/or surrounding areas. Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and validates business cases, artifacts and data supporting investment health, performance and departmental reviews. Analyzes spend plan and contract data to correctly reputed company investment reputed company. Ensure EVM approaches reputed company with traditional and agile development models. Drafts AAR Cover Memos and completes AAR shells in AgMAX 2.0.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field 2+ years of CPIC experience with federal programs. USDA experience preferred. Possess the ability to communicate with reputed company reputed company of IT and Business (SME to senior-level) reputed company an organization to capture information for IT Portfolio business cases and reputed company work products such as investment charters, operational analyses, analysis of alternatives, risk management plans, and technical studies in support of the USDA Capital Planning process. Experience developing corrective reputed company plans to address USDA OCIO investment business case feedback and partner with clients to remediate items identified. Experience in Acquisition Approval Request process (USDA experience highly preferred): Drafting Cover Memos; performing detailed analysis of spend plan to identify AAR requirements; analyzing details of Spend Plan to identify AAR requirements; maintaining AAR SharePoint libraries and daily submittal of AAR status report for leadership; and, creating and completing AAR shells in AgMAX 2.0 Knowledge of reputed company Value Management (project performance measurement, forecasting, and variance analysis). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business and technical writing skills.
