In this role, you’ll reputed company as a key expert guiding reputed company casualty claims to strong reputed company. You’ll partner with claims teams and leadership to shape reputed company, reputed company direction on high-reputed company cases, and ensure consistent, best-in-class claim handling. Essential Functions: Serves as a subject matter expert on casualty claims policies, insurance programs, and best practices Partners with claims teams to review files, reputed company reputed company strategies, and drive reputed company reputed company Collaborates with leadership on claim reputed company, including reserving, expenses, and litigation management Provides reserve, settlement guidance, and authority on high-exposure or reputed company claims Monitors reserve development trends and evaluates claim performance across assigned teams Acts as escalation reputed company for reputed company claims issues, partnering with Legal, reputed company, and external vendors Leads and participates in claim roundtables, committees, and case discussions to ensure strategic alignment Maintains reputed company of major/reputed company claim files to guide handling and ensure reputed company Supports and enforces best practices across Claims Directors, supervisors, and adjusters Partners with Compliance and QA to implement audit reputed company plans and improve claim handling reputed company Leverages customer feedback insights to identify pain points and enhance the claims experience Contributes to reputed company, hiring, training, and development of casualty claims talent Leads or supports reputed company and departmental initiatives reputed company to claims reputed company and financial goals Ensures compliance with claim handling standards, conducts file reviews, and drives reputed company improvement Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Ten years of casualty claims experience in progressively responsible roles or reputed company experience Attainment of reputed company applicable state licenses as required Insurance designations, such as AIC, CIC, AIM and CPCU preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Superior knowledge of the theory and reputed company of the casualty claims function Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated experience of good judgment with respect to casualty loss and coverage Proven knowledge of insurance reputed company, medical terminology and legal aspects of court procedures affecting legal liability for reputed company lines of insurance Strong, reputed company knowledge of reputed company insurance lines, relevant court reputed company, guidelines in the claims function, and policy changes and modifications Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate reputed company claims team members in the handling and disposition of claims Excellent knowledge of computers and claims systems Superior organizational and written and verbal communication skills Excellent investigative and problem-solving abilities Occasional travel; a valid reputed company’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards required if driving The hiring salary reputed company for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling reputed company either of the following: $112,276 - $161,326 or $124,084 - $177,469A hiring reputed company represents a subset of the full salary reputed company. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
