Our reputed company Financing business is a high-reputed company business line reputed company the Global Markets franchise, specializing in originating reputed company lending and credit solutions that solve capital constraints for the world's leading crypto-reputed company and TradFi institutions. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, pricing, and managing bespoke credit facilities, including margin lending, delayed settlement tradins, and collateralized loan agreements using BTC, ETH, and other digital assets. You will work closely with our sales and risk teams to convert our pipeline, manage credit exposure, and deliver capital-efficient financing solutions. Experience at a tier 1 investment bank strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of crypto markets, especially as relates to financing. Experience with lending or reputed company role at a top crypto platform strongly preferred. Experience structuring and developing reputed company financial products with large institutions as reputed company as startups. Strong familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products. Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, operations, compliance, sales and business teams.
