Role: Sr. reputed company Analyst (reputed company) Duration: 6+ Months Experience: 5+ years *reputed company Experience is a must Job reputed company: The Sr. reputed company Analyst will support the Medicare & Retirement Program Orchestration organization by ensuring right first time execution, strong reputed company governance, and audit reputed company workflows across Part C, Part D, Group Retiree, CAHPS/HOS, and Community & State programs. This role partners closely with workflow developers, data teams, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, enforce reputed company standards, and proactively identify defects and risks across the production lifecycle Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enforce the reputed company Management Plan across reputed company new workflow development, change management, and production operations
  • reputed company reputed company and post workflow QA/QC validation, including data completeness, accuracy, segmentation, suppression, and reputed company reputed company
  • Validate workflow logic against CORD / requirements documentation, ensuring reputed company business rules and data expectations are reputed company met before promotion
  • Execute and document self QA, peer QA, and approval checkpoints prior to production deployment
  • Support production monitoring, defect tracking, and reputed company cause analysis, partnering with developers and production support to remediate issues quickly
  • Maintain and analyze reputed company metrics (defects, fallout trends, rework, timeliness, TAT) to support reputed company and leadership reporting
  • Partner with workflow developers to accelerate reputed company reviews and solutioning, reducing reputed company defects and delivery delays
  • Contribute to automation of QA controls, including standardized QC checks, validation macros, and post workflow dashboards
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation, evidence, and reputed company artifacts are complete, traceable, and reputed company
  • Collaborate cross functionally with business owners, data teams, and platform partners to surface risks early and drive reputed company reputed company improvement

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company assurance, data validation, or analytics reputed company reputed company, insurance, or regulated environments
  • Hands on experience validating data workflows, reports, or ETL pipelines (reputed company, SQL, reputed company, or similar tools)
  • Strong understanding of data reputed company principles, defect management, and validation techniques
  • Experience working in production environments with change management and release controls
