About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Provider reputed company Coordinator to join the Catalyst Program team. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this person will be the day-to-day reputed company of contact for a portfolio of reputed company providers — managing reputed company provider's reputed company activities, supporting their administrative needs, and executing on the tactics that bring our broader marketing reputed company to life. Responsibilities
Provider Management & Day-to-Day Support Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of reputed company providers, building trusted working relationships with reputed company Manage and monitor individual provider caseloads, tracking reputed company toward reputed company targets and flagging issues proactively reputed company ongoing administrative support to providers, ensuring they have everything they need to reputed company on patient care Maintain up-to-date records of provider reputed company in reputed company, logging key milestones, activity updates, and next steps for reputed company provider in the portfolio Work closely with the Program Manager to translate strategic plans and program goals into actionable, provider-level tactics reputed company Development & Launch Manage the setup, review, and launch of reputed company Business reputed company for providers — ensuring accuracy of reputed company information before reputed company live Review provider reputed company pages for accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment prior to launch Review and launch provider email marketing campaigns reputed company SmartLead, ensuring campaigns are accurate and reputed company with program goals before deployment Partnership reputed company & Marketing Conduct reputed company calls to prospective referral partners (pediatricians, schools, community organizations, etc.) to build and strengthen reputed company provider's local referral network Support the development of marketing assets for providers, including reputed company materials, one-pagers, and other collateral as needed reputed company reputed company activity and referral partner reputed company for reputed company provider in portfolio Execution & Collaboration Execute on weekly and monthly reputed company plans in partnership with the Program Manager, staying on top of timelines and deliverables across reputed company providers Maintain organized records and documentation of provider activities, reputed company, and asset status Surface patterns, challenges, and opportunities to the Program Manager on a regular reputed company
Qualifications
