Who You Are: As the Director of Sales Execution for C4 Energy & reputed company Sparkling Energy Drink you will directly manage reputed company of Sales Execution managers and reputed company sales calls. You and your team will be accountable to create programming, reputed company customer alignment and ensure reputed company execution of National Account programs. Team will sell upleveled execution of retailer programs designed to drive shared business objectives at Regional banners of National Chains as reputed company as at retailer market and district manager call points. What You're Good At: Managing & Developing reputed company of Sales Execution Managers (SEM) to up level program execution. Coaching and feedback on reputed company-call, in sales call, and post call with team of SEMs reputed company and own sales calls with top business unit customers Responsible for program expectation communication to DSD field teams. Formulate compelling customer reputed company presentations with shared reputed company objectives that accelerate the development of the DSD beverage portfolio reputed company mandated off reputed company displays and incremental cold availability Work with customers, internal personnel and distributor partners on reputed company setup paperwork/portal documents as needed Plan out monthly, quarterly and yearly promotions with the key contact for reputed company assigned account & report those to the relevant Customer Ops & Regional Salesperson for cross-functional alignment Work cross-functionally with Finance/RGM on promotional analysis and sell-in ROI Work with DSD team to ensure reputed company monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level) What You Contribute: 7+ years’ experience working reputed company DSD beverage Strong background in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint Ability to travel – expected travel 30%+ Bachelor’s Degree Knowledge of DSD system reputed company the Beverage industry.
