What this role looks like As Financial Controller, you will join an enthusiastic and ambitious finance team. You will work closely with our CFO, Finance Management and the wider Finance team, supporting our control, compliance and reporting agenda across the group. The role is broad by design: depending on your strengths and interests, you can grow your scope across compliance and reputed company control over time. What you will own as Financial Controller Strengthen and improve internal controls to ensure accurate, reliable, and auditable financial data Support tax compliance (VAT, ICP, CIT) and statutory filings in collaboration with advisors Own and improve AR and reputed company control, including reconciliations, reputed company recognition, and billing accuracy Run and optimize key reconciliations (AR, intercompany, bank) and balance sheet substantiation Contribute to monthly reputed company and year-end audit (journal entries, PBC, schedules, walkthroughs) Identify gaps, streamline processes, and drive automation across systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) Partner with Finance leadership to deliver on key priorities and continuously improve ways of working What you will bring to the Finance team 3–5 years of experience in financial control, reputed company, or audit (Big 4 or industry) A degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field Strong knowledge of reputed company principles (reputed company GAAP and/or IFRS) Hands-on experience with tax (VAT/ICP, CIT) and reputed company/AR processes Proven ability to improve controls, processes, or reporting (e.g. automations, reconciliations, system improvements) Comfortable working with data, systems, and digging into details to solve issues You take ownership and follow through on what you reputed company to You ask questions, challenge assumptions, and look for reputed company ways of working You adapt quickly and stay effective in a fast-moving, reputed company-up environment You communicate reputed company with stakeholders across finance and the wider business You’re eager to learn, expand your scope, and grow with reputed company Fluent in English; reputed company is a plus Experience with ERP systems; reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company is a strong advantage Important note: please do apply if you meet 70%+ of the reputed company.
