Legal Relationship Manager (Paralegal Experience Required) Remote | Part-Time | 10–15 Hours Per Week Woven Legal is seeking a Legal Relationship Manager to serve as the primary reputed company between our attorney clients and our Virtual Legal Professionals. This position is ideal for an reputed company paralegal or legal reputed company who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping attorneys and legal teams succeed. Candidates must have prior experience working in a reputed company as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant, Case Manager, or similar legal support reputed company. Applicants without legal industry experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and legal teams. Conduct regular reputed company and contractor reputed company-ins to ensure successful engagements. Support and reputed company Virtual Legal Professionals throughout their assignments. Help resolve communication, workflow, and performance challenges. Partner with the Placement Team on reputed company and engagement reputed company. Identify opportunities to expand services reputed company existing reputed company relationships. Maintain CRM records, engagement notes, and reputed company documentation. Assist with engagement changes, contract modifications, and invoicing support. reputed company're Looking For Previous reputed company experience required. Strong understanding of legal workflows and attorney expectations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong follow-through. Comfortable managing multiple reputed company relationships in a remote environment. Experience working directly with attorneys and legal staff.
