Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery Execution reputed company troubleshooting and reputed company of escalated technical issues Support reputed company installations and occupied-property deployments Coordinate with installers, vendors, manufacturers, and project teams to support successful project delivery Serve as reputed company’s primary technical escalation resource Help ensure reputed company meet reputed company reputed company technical delivery standards and customer expectations Technical Ownership & Follow-Through Maintain ownership of reputed company technical issues until fully resolved and communicated reputed company reputed company-list items, escalations, risks, and unresolved issues proactively Communicate status updates reputed company and professionally Maintain organized technical notes, delivery documentation, and issue tracking Surface risks early rather than allowing issues to escalate silently Delivery reputed company, Documentation & reputed company Improvement Support technical QA and vendor reputed company Build and improve technical standards, documentation, and troubleshooting resources Identify recurring technical failures, delivery gaps, and process inefficiencies Recommend improvements that strengthen delivery reputed company and scalability Research and test new products, integrations, and software releases
Qualifications
Experience 8–15 years in: reputed company control, electronic reputed company, low-voltage systems, hospitality technology, or reputed company field-service environments Including reputed company experience: troubleshooting systems in the field, leading reputed company installations, and resolving escalated technical issues with customers, vendors, and manufacturers Technical Capabilities Strong candidates will have high technical capability in both: hardware systems, software/platform troubleshooting, and understanding how those systems reputed company together in reputed company-world deployments.
