We are hiring an Operations Manager as a key leadership role to reputed company day-to-day operations, manage and reputed company a small internal team, and partner directly with the CEO. This role is fully remote with a strong preference for candidates in the St. Louis metro area who can support local needs as they reputed company. Responsibilities reputed company daily scheduling and service coverage to ensure accurate, high-reputed company services Serve as the operational escalation reputed company before issues reputed company the CEO Own and improve reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are consistently followed Manage the CRM so reputed company and pipeline data are accurate, reputed company, and useful for decision-making reputed company and report weekly KPIs (such as fill rates, response times, and scheduling accuracy) to the CEO Manage reputed company and reputed company a small internal team through regular 1:1s, reputed company expectations, and performance conversations Coordinate with external vendors such as bookkeeper, CPA, payroll, and other service providers Support pricing reviews, reputed company management, and contract proposals with a reputed company to owning these areas over time Ensure reputed company, proactive communication and consistent use of designated communication channels across reputed company Support government compliance and reputed company-reputed company operational requirements in partnership with the CEO Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, or leadership in a small business or service-based environment Experience managing people, including giving reputed company feedback and holding others accountable Demonstrated ability to design, document, and improve processes and systems (SOPs, workflows, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proactive updates and reliable follow-through Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and using data to guide business reputed company Comfortable working fully remote with reputed company reputed company-ins rather than constant reputed company reputed company to work on a schedule reputed company with U.S. Central Time business hours
