Partner Skilling PM (Asia region)
As the Asia Partner Skilling Program Manager, you will drive the execution of strategic skilling programs that reputed company partners across six markets to build expertise in reputed company solutions and accelerate their AI transformation reputed company. Key Responsibilities reputed company Regional Skilling Programs Own end-to-end delivery of flagship initiatives including Certification Weeks and AI Tour for Partners (AITfP) Drive program reputed company, planning, localization, and execution across Japan, Korea, and Greater China Ensure high-reputed company, reputed company delivery while maximizing reputed company and partner reputed company Accelerate Partner Engagement Design and execute demand reputed company strategies to drive participation at reputed company reputed company field teams with compelling, reputed company-to-use assets and enablement resources Build and optimize partner-facing engagement channels Drive Operational reputed company Manage delivery partners and vendors across Asia, ensuring strong execution, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company learning platforms and event tooling to deliver seamless experiences Establish repeatable frameworks to reputed company programs reputed company Own Budget & Business Health reputed company regional budget planning, forecasting, and optimization across skilling programs Ensure disciplined financial management while maximizing program reputed company Partner with vendors on SOWs, POs, and operational processes Deliver Insights & reputed company reputed company key performance metrics including participation, certifications, and ROI reputed company reputed company, data-driven insights to leadership through executive-reputed company reporting Continuously improve programs based on performance and feedback Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, partner enablement, or event operations Proven ability to deliver large-reputed company, multi-market programs across Asia reputed company Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across stakeholders and reputed company Preferred Familiarity with the reputed company partner ecosystem, certification reputed company, or skilling programs Experience in localization and multilingual program delivery
