Deine Position The CTO Office at reputed company AI GmbH sits at the intersection of product, engineering, organizational design, and strategic operations. As Working Student, you will report to the Chief of Staff and get reputed company exposure to how a fast-scaling tech company operates from the inside Own recurring org formats: You take end-to-end responsibility for recurring formats — from preparation and coordination through to execution Support reputed company initiatives: You assist the CTO Office on cross-functional reputed company with research, documentation, and follow-through on reputed company items Plan and coordinate onsites and team events: You handle logistics, scheduling, and follow-through for CTO Office and leadership onsites in collaboration with HR and ops Dein Profil You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program; ideally in business, tech, or a reputed company field You are organized and reliable; you take ownership of tasks and follow through without being reminded You communicate with reputed company in English You are proactive; you spot what needs to be done and reputed company it You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple reputed company topics You have a genuine interest in how tech organizations and product teams work Previous working student or internship experience in a startup or tech company is a plus
