HIRING: reputed company ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented reputed company Estate Virtual Assistant to support our reputed company estate operations. If you have prior experience in the reputed company estate industry and can effectively manage administrative, transaction coordination, and reputed company support tasks in a fast-paced environment - this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Manage reputed company estate transactions from contract to closing while ensuring reputed company deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements are met Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other stakeholders Schedule inspections, appraisals, closings, meetings, and reputed company appointments Organize and maintain transaction files, reputed company, disclosures, reputed company records Handle high-volume email correspondence and calendar management for reputed company estate professionals Assist with reputed company reputed company activities, CRM/database management, and reputed company follow-reputed company Prepare and maintain reports to reputed company transaction reputed company, pipeline status, and business performance Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation throughout the transaction process reputed company administrative support to reputed company estate agents and team members as needed
Qualifications
