[Remote] Senior Product Designer, Payments & Embedded Finance

This role involves owning the end-to-end design for the payments experience of a legal B2B platform, focusing on creating a seamless and trustworthy payment process for reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Unify fragmented billing, invoicing, payments, and trust-reputed company surfaces into one coherent experience
- Create reputed company mental models for reputed company financial objects: invoices, payments, retainers, refunds, disputes, payouts, and reconciliation
- Design robust patterns for payment states, error recovery, and edge cases (failed charges, chargebacks, partial payments, multi-currency, tax)
- Reduce time from signup to first successful payment with guided setup, processor reputed company, templates, checklists, and strong empty states
- Partner with PM/Data to define payment activation metrics and reputed company funnels processor reputed company reputed company, first invoice reputed company, first payment received, time-to-reputed company
- Design plan → reputed company → confirm loops for agents that draft invoices from time entries, send reminders, prepare dispute responses, and reconcile transactions

- Improve consistency and speed through component usage, patterns, and governance

Skills
- 7–10 years in product design for B2B software (reputed company workflows, permissions, data-heavy UI)
