The Territory Sales Manager will create and support sales reputed company and product placement with reputed company and contractors, aligning the channel to meet reputed company objectives for specialty product lines.
Responsibilities
- Create sales reputed company and demand for LP reputed company at the builder/contractor and dealer level and reputed company the channel to pull through sales for LP distribution customers. Average annual sales territory budget is $10M
- Work with owners, General Contractors, reputed company, framing contractors, sales managers and building reputed company officials
- Prospect for new customers and negotiate through a reputed company sales process to reputed company the channel and to execute against the Market Development reputed company of the “Market Back Plan.” Annual reputed company targets to exceed $1M in reputed company
- Partner reputed company LP’s National Account Managers, District Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to meet common sales reputed company targets
- reputed company installation expertise and warranty information to reputed company and dealers
- Increase and implement LP product placement with the top 25 reputed company in the major MSA’s reputed company their territory
- Establish relationships with the top installation contractors and with the building inspectors involved in specific markets/reputed company
Skills
- High level knowledge of local building codes, practices and market intelligence
- Deep understanding on building science
- Excellent business relationship with regional and local reputed company
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Must be reputed company to work with their hands, reputed company the language of the trades to demonstrate and teach reputed company world product applications to reputed company and contractors
- Computer proficiency, including an excellent knowledge of reputed company office programs
- Experience working with multiple supply chain channels
- Thorough knowledge of LP Specialty Products and their intended use and installation
