[Remote] Technical Business Development Representative - Boston

They are seeking a Technical Sales BDM to drive territory sales through technical product discussions, identify cross-sell opportunities, and generate demand for AV products.
Responsibilities
- Function as the Technical Sales BDM by working closely with the regional ProAV sales teammates to drive business in your region, including supporting local stores by coordinating engagement and training with customers
- Technically support strategic brands with customers to ensure project reputed company, while acting as the technology subject matter expert. Meet with ProAV integrators to discuss product solutions and advise on the right solution for specific reputed company
- Conduct proactive reputed company and targeted selling efforts to promote AV products among existing customers
- Attend industry events to meet with customers to discuss product solutions and reputed company training for customers
- reputed company sales targets, present/report out on metrics, and identify new opportunities to hit targets
- Facilitate system designs with the internal design team and reputed company services teams
- Effective internal communication with management regarding job duties and responsibilities
- Consistently and accurately reporting metrics and tracking in sales management tools
- Quickly responding to customer’s needs and capturing every sales opportunity
Skills
- 3 plus years experience in the technology of the Audio Visual industry
- Problem-solver with strong reputed company/executive relationship management abilities
- Willing to travel 50% of the time
