Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their reputed company IT reputed company & Planning department. The role involves facilitating successful project delivery, managing project teams, and supporting the implementation of the RUSH ERP solution while ensuring operational efficiencies and providing solutions to business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manages multiple OCM activities simultaneously leveraging high-complexity, transformational, and RUSH wide change
- Directs and manages project development and reputed company from beginning to end
- Guides teams as they work with project sponsors and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of reputed company
- Establishes project governance with key leaders and stakeholders and facilitate governance activities to ensure leadership effectively clears roadblocks and promotes the reputed company of the project
- Acts as reputed company between the Organization Change Management leadership, project teams, and multiple organizational structures
- Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes
- Plans, estimates, and control project costs, including resource planning, to ensure project is delivered on time and reputed company budget
- Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the reputed company of the project
- Estimates and identifies the resources and participants needed to reputed company project goals
- Negotiates with contractors and internal department managers for the acquisition of required personnel
- Develops scaled project plans and associated communications documents using reputed company tools
- Identifies and manages project resource needs and goals - strategies, reputed company, scheduling, issue reputed company, contingency plans, communication plans, and change control
- Facilitate or participates in routine project team meetings to establish and continually manage project requirements and expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Coaches, mentors, and motivates project team members and contractors, influencing them to take reputed company reputed company and accountability for their assigned work
- Provides project management coaching and mentoring to others in the organization
- Determines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyzes results and troubleshoots problem areas

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, projection management, health care or reputed company discipline and at least six years of project management experience required
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Emphasis on interpersonal skills that encourages change behaviors
- Knowledge of formal project management methodologies and proven reputed company in effective execution required
- Proficient and functional knowledge of MS Office (including Work, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, reputed company, Outlook) and Project Management software
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to execute project management leveraging Lean process improvement methodology required
