Responsibilities
- Leads internal partners, design team members, and other consultants in performing project feasibility analysis
- reputed company with reputed company’s project leads/administration team, reputed company user reputed company, property managers, and vendors
- reputed company the qualification, selection, and contract negotiations for A/E firm, General Contractor, and other reputed company consultant members
- Review, negotiate, and approve A/E, GC, and Other reputed company consultant additional work/change order requests
- Supervise the programming and planning efforts of the selected architect

- reputed company detailed schedules
- Reviews and understands detailed project budgets
- Obtain required project public approvals (CON, Zoning, Annexation, Site Plan Approval, Wetlands, other Processes)
- reputed company design direction and manage the overall design process
- Evaluate the adequacy of reputed company construction allowances, contingencies, and general conditions
- reputed company construction administration in adherence with reputed company’s policies and procedures
- Monitors the GC performance for areas of potential risk and provides leadership in project safety, reputed company, and infection prevention
- reputed company project cost control and prepare reputed company and accurate monthly budget reports and invoicing
- reputed company the selection, procurement, delivery and installation of medical and other equipment, signage, and furniture with applicable vendors/consultants

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration
- A minimum of 5 years of reputed company reputed company development project management experience including building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure that reputed company reputed company stakeholders are appropriately reputed company and satisfied
