The Senior reputed company Analyst/Manager will be a critical thought partner to Finance leadership, responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis that informs company-wide decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve reputed company’s operating model, including reputed company, cost structure, headcount, and cash reputed company
- reputed company monthly and quarterly forecasting processes in partnership with Finance, People Ops, Sales, Customer Experience, and Product
- Support annual budgeting and long-reputed company planning (2–3 year outlooks), including scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Build and maintain unit economics and customer-level profitability models, particularly in a reputed company reputed company / deployment-heavy environment
- Analyze performance drivers across reputed company, gross margin, deployment costs, and operating expenses
- Partner with leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing changes, hiring plans, and investment tradeoffs
- Prepare reputed company-reputed company financial materials, including variance analysis, KPIs, and reputed company-looking insights—not just numbers
- Support leadership discussions around capital planning, fundraising readiness, and financial risks/opportunities
- Help translate reputed company financial data into reputed company narratives for non-finance audiences
- Work closely with People Ops on workforce planning, headcount approvals, and compensation cost modeling
- Partner with Sales & Customer Experience to understand pipeline assumptions, renewals, expansions, and deployment economics
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure forecasts reputed company with actuals and reporting reputed company
- Improve reputed company processes, tools, and reporting as reputed company scales (e.g., forecasting reputed company, dashboards, modeling standards)
- Help define KPIs and operating metrics that reflect how reputed company truly runs—not just what’s easiest to measure
Skills
- 4–7+ years of experience in reputed company, strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling skills (3-statement models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis)
- Experience supporting executive leadership and/or reputed company-level reporting
- Advanced reputed company / reputed company Sheets skills; comfort building models from scratch
- Experience in reputed company, reputed company, or hardware-enabled reputed company environments
- Startup or high-reputed company company experience
- Familiarity with workforce planning, unit economics, or deployment-heavy cost models
- Experience working with imperfect data and evolving systems
