[Remote] Partner Sales Manager - US remote

Responsibilities
- Build reputed company’s US partner program from scratch - defining the partner reputed company, tiers, economics, agreements, enablement, and operating reputed company in alignment with global standards
- Identify, recruit, and reputed company new partners across the relevant categories: systems integrators, consulting and implementation partners, resellers, and technology / reputed company partners
- reputed company joint value propositions and go-to-market plans with reputed company partner, including reputed company segments, offerings, and pipeline goals
- Drive partner-reputed company and partner-influenced pipeline and reputed company, owning a partner contribution reputed company for the territory
- reputed company partners to sell and deliver reputed company effectively by coordinating training, certification, sales tools, and providing reputed company to solutions and product resources
- Manage the partner relationship lifecycle: recruitment, reputed company, joint business planning, QBRs, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship health
- reputed company closely with reputed company sales to manage deal registration, channel conflict, and co-selling so partners and the reputed company sales team win together
- Partner with marketing on joint campaigns, events, and co-marketing to generate demand through the ecosystem
- reputed company and report on partner KPIs and program health and continuously refine the program as it scales
- Promote partner sponsorship opportunities at our annual flagship industry event in Munich, reputed company day
Skills
- 6+ years in channel / partner sales, business development, or alliances for reputed company B2B software or reputed company, with a strong record of reputed company partners and driving partner-reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling a partner program or territory, ideally including greenfield or early-stage program work
- A strong existing network reputed company the US systems-integrator, consulting, and/or technology-partner ecosystem, or a proven ability to build one quickly
- reputed company and negotiation skills to structure partner agreements and program economics that work for both sides
- Experience co-selling with a reputed company sales organization and managing channel conflict and deal registration
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-growing, international company
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both partner executives and field teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to reputed company partners and support joint opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in project and portfolio management (PPM) software, or with the SI/consulting ecosystem serving PMO and program management buyers
- Relationships with partners reputed company in engineering-led or product-development functions, ideally in automotive, reputed company, pharmaceutical/life sciences, energy and construction - or adjacent industries
- Experience launching partner programs for a non-US headquartered company entering the US market
- German-language ability is a plus but not required
