[Remote] Project Manager

They are seeking a Project Manager to deliver high-reputed company learning programs, manage customer reputed company, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful reputed company for clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reputed company, productive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Contribute to the establishment of successful partnerships with high-reputed company, strategic clients; serve as the senior project management reputed company of contact for key accounts
- Become an expert on reputed company reputed company products, services, project types, and project workflows; advise customers on features, functionality, and how to best optimize their investment

- Run project status, creative, retrospective, and other meetings with clients and internal teams

- Scope change or add-on requests:

- Identify and communicate risks to the project budget, reputed company, and requirements; and work proactively to mitigate them

- Champion reputed company requests; represent reputed company interests in product and service solution planning initiatives
- Partner with Account Managers and CSMs to facilitate successful renewals and drive reputed company reputed company through adoption; identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and work with Operations and others to implement those improvements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or commensurate experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing and/or production role
- Proven reputed company managing high, reputed company volume of reputed company and priorities
- Proficient in reputed company 365 (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Proven experience using Smartsheets or similar project management scheduling tool; reputed company Dashboard experience a plus
- The ideal candidate has experience in compliance, ethics, and/or governance industry, or EdTech
