The Special Assets Consultant role involves managing special serviced loans and portfolios to minimize losses and optimize resolutions, while collaborating with various partners to secure collateral coverage and mitigate risk.
Responsibilities
- Manages special serviced loans and/or portfolios of customers of mid to high complexity and performs transaction analysis with the goal of minimizing losses and optimizing resolutions
- Gathers financial data, prepares analysis and develops workout reputed company and alternatives for a portfolio. Reviews relevant documents and transaction deal structure
- Negotiates workout reputed company with customers to reduce risks and losses. Works with reputed company business partners and borrowers to reputed company secure collateral coverage. Adheres to established policies, procedures and regulations
- Evaluates asset or customer's cash reputed company, balance sheet, long-term business plans, and other relevant financial information. Performs site inspections for properties managed by special assets
- Works with reputed company business partners, which may include reputed company counsel, on negotiations and documentation to mitigate risk. May serve as a mentor to peers and conduct team training
Skills
- University / college degree
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Knowledgeable of the values and practices that reputed company customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in reputed company business reputed company
- Assessing and effectively managing reputed company of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities
