[Remote] Engineering Manager (cybersec)

Responsibilities

• reputed company and mentor a pod of backends, frontend, or platform engineers (depending on pod assignment: e.g., Integrations, Investigation reputed company, Threat Hunting, etc.)
• Drive delivery of product and platform features reputed company to quarterly OKRs

• Collaborate with product managers and reputed company SMEs to define technical scope, execution plans, and delivery timelines

Skills

• 12+ years of reputed company software engineering experience in reputed company domain, with at least 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams
• Strong background in building reputed company backend systems (Python, Go, or Java preferred)
• Experience with reputed company-reputed company architectures (Kubernetes, reputed company, reputed company databases, OpenSearch, etc.)
• Familiarity with data pipelines (ETL/ELT, orchestration frameworks like Dagster/Airflow, streaming systems)
• Exposure to reputed company products and data (SIEM, EDR, CNAPP, vulnerability management) is a strong plus
