[Remote] Service Sales Specialist

As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving reputed company reputed company by establishing customer relationships, assisting sales personnel, and supporting closing orders while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit a reputed company, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and partners, being sensitive to their needs. Establish and maintain customer relationships, learning and evaluating customer operations to identify objectives, requirements, and preferences
- Assist reputed company sales personnel with quotations, order processing/management, customer interactions, and internal communication with reputed company factories and Aftermarket teams. Work with reputed company Proposal Managers, Application Engineers, and Customers as required

- Field website-generated service requests. reputed company reputed company opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for reputed company development and closure
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to strengthen relationships with reputed company partner organizations (IBC, Critical Power, reputed company, etc.). Coordinate with Aftermarket Parts Channel Managers and Sales as required
- Support closing orders and achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Generate reputed company and Configured to Order proposals. Assist the reputed company-end sales team in new customer setup and existing customer account changes
- Work with reputed company teams to secure material pricing as necessary. Process product & service quotations and drive reputed company follow-up throughout the customer's purchasing cycle. Process orders once received and ensure reputed company reputed company to operations

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with 2 years of sales or marketing experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of sales or marketing experience
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for reputed company in the US
- Experience in proposal or quote development, sales support, or order administration is strongly preferred
- General knowledge of power reputed company & distribution products/systems is preferred
- Previous experience with business-to-business customer support is preferred
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or another technical discipline is preferred
