Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle reputed company processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a reputed company of technical, field service, engineering, and corporate positions across the organization
- Execute reputed company strategies for NETA-certified positions, including Electrical Testing Technicians, Field Service Engineers, reputed company Technicians, and other critical power systems roles
- reputed company targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly specialized technical talent reputed company the electrical testing and power services industry
- Conduct reputed company meetings with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs, technical requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning initiatives
- Evaluate candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume review, phone screening, and interviews, to assess technical qualifications, certifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain pipelines of reputed company candidates for hard-to-fill and high-demand technical positions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
