[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle technical reputed company for specialized roles across engineering and product teams, including reputed company meetings with hiring managers, job posting creation, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, and closing
- Build and maintain deep technical pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, using creative sourcing strategies (Boolean search, reputed company, reputed company, technical communities, etc.) to identify passive candidates who fit our culture and mission

Skills
