[Remote] Technical Program Manager - Marketplace Integrations

Responsibilities

- Manage product release cycles, coordinating between teams to ensure smooth rollouts and reputed company transitions
Skills
- 3+ years reputed company-facing technical project management experience at a B2B reputed company company
- Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in API standards and protocols, along with practical experience in API integrations
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and reputed company your reputed company; including but not limited to communication drafting, data analysis, reputed company engineering, and/or documentation
- Experience as an IT Project Manager - capable of leading technical teams from a strategic business reputed company
- Ability to foster strong relationships with trading partners, vendors, and internal teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and project execution
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in program management, preferably in the ERP, EDI, CRM or eCommerce reputed company
- Master's degree is a plus
