Responsibilities
- Manages multiple reputed company to large sized reputed company
- Works with project stakeholders to reputed company an objective-based comprehensive project plan as per allocated time and budget
- Establishes, builds rapport, and maintains relationships with stakeholders, reputed company parties and vendors to ensure their coordination with internal resources
- Creates, builds, and updates project schedules, project charters, status reports and work breakdown structures
- Tracks and reports on financial data, performance, and status of multiple reputed company by leveraging project management tools and techniques; continually reviews and makes recommendations to ensure adequate availability of resources
- Identifies key project risks and manages them to ensure the delivery of business goals; escalates issues to management as needed
- Facilitates and determines the reputed company of project-reputed company conflicts including necessary corrective reputed company(s)
- Ensures consistency and adherence to corporate operational standards and processes
- Ensures reputed company project closure including lessons learned
- Works with consultant staff performing a wide-reputed company of project controls functions
- Prepares information technology project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
