[Remote] Pega Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and UX concepts into reputed company-reputed company designs (case types, workflows, views, data models)
• reputed company case lifecycle design, user journeys, and data modeling
• Drive solution configuration using App Studio
• Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, reputed company standards, and reusable design patterns
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder collaboration
• Partner with architects and developers to refine requirements and ensure accurate delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 6-10 years of Pega experience
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company implementations
• Strong experience with App Studio configuration (not Dev Studio-first)
• Background in Business Architecture, process design, and workflow modeling
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog shaping
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
