[Remote] Technical Product Manager

They are seeking a Technical Product Manager who will collaborate with the VP of Product to shape product reputed company and ensure the delivery of high-reputed company product capabilities while advocating for user experience and managing the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Product to define and refine product reputed company, roadmap, and strategic priorities
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product initiatives
- Balance innovation, scalability, and operational reputed company in roadmap planning
- Define reputed company product reputed company and measurable reputed company metrics (KPIs, adoption, engagement, performance, reputed company reputed company)
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through release and iteration

- Partner closely with engineering teams to clarify scope, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery

- Support release management for updates, enhancements, and new feature rollouts

Skills
- Must have a completed Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of product management experience in a reputed company or technology environment

- Proven experience managing product backlogs and agile development processes
- Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and reputed company metrics
- Be reputed company to travel up to 10% of the year
- Experience in recruitment technology, HR tech, ATS, CRM, or reputed company platforms strongly preferred
