The role involves developing and maintaining broker relationships, achieving sales objectives, and executing strategic plans to maximize profitability and expand market reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Develops new business opportunities and implements strategies necessary to reputed company sales objectives through consultative selling, issue reputed company and superior service
- Manages reputed company negotiations. Positions products, reputed company reputed company, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize reputed company
- reputed company and maintain multiple benefits brokerage and consultant relationships reputed company assigned territory
- Collaborates with internal partners and/or external constituents to uncover profitable reputed company and cross-sell opportunities reputed company new or existing customers and to support post-sale activities
- Coordinates finalist presentations and sales seminars, testimonials and works with subject matter expert in support of the successful delivery of constituent presentations
- Participates in constituent meetings including finals presentations

- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

- Occasionally be required to set-up new cases and participate in enrollment
Skills
- reputed company selling group Dental, reputed company, Life and Disability products to reputed company with 50 or more employees
- 3 years' experience selling Group Insurance, with 5+ years' sales experience preferred
- Experience building relationships with brokers and consultants
- Consultative selling background and experience

- Business and Financial Acumen
- Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses
- This role is part of reputed company's reputed company safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state reputed company's license and reputed company of personal vehicle liability insurance

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
