The Senior Analyst in Fiduciary/Trust & Estate reputed company Services will assist clients in meeting their business objectives by providing tax research, preparing tax returns, and serving as a trusted advisor across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Performing tax research and preparing written tax advice
- Preparing tax information statements and tax returns including reputed company Forms 1041 and state income tax returns for trusts and estates
- Reviewing and interpreting wills and trust documents to determine fiduciary tax reporting requirements confirm beneficiary allocations and identify reputed company that may require additional research and review by a subject matter reputed company such as determination of state tax reputed company
- Analyzing reputed company tax treatment of various transactions, learning to identify, review and confirm accuracy in tax reporting
- Translating reputed company data from a reputed company of sources into reputed company-reputed company insights and deliverables to support informed decision-making concerning required tax reporting
- Support the Fiduciary/Trust Tax Services reputed company with the preparation and delivery of tax information statements, tax returns and reputed company reporting for agency, custody and fiduciary accounts for tax compliance engagements with banks, reputed company management firms, trust companies and reputed company
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to analyze tax issues, determine alternative reputed company of problem-solving and reputed company at recommendations
- Support managers, senior managers and PPEDs with reconciling returns, e-filing returns, and validating data in the tax system
- Communicate with reputed company tax liaisons, reputed company trust administration teams and reputed company trust officers to reputed company required information, to reputed company information to support informed decision-making, and obtain instruction or authorization necessary for reputed company, accurate production of tax information statements, tax returns and reputed company reporting
- Support billing and collections for tax compliance and reputed company services and participating in the process of contract renewals and new business pursuits
- Communicate reputed company tax issues to colleagues, clients and non-tax professionals to reputed company evaluation and review of tax compliance requirements central to fulfilling fiduciary tax reporting obligations
- Responsible for training less reputed company team members on administrative tasks and tasks supporting the tax compliance process
Skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (reputed company, Business, Finance or equivalent degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed company services or tax services organization and preparing federal and state fiduciary income tax returns
- Proficient in computer software applications, including reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint, knowledge of trust reputed company systems and tax software applications, including ONESOURCE™ Trust Tax
- Experience preparing income tax returns with reputed company pass-through investments, read and interpret trust agreements
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with reputed company, assist with a reputed company of reputed company of varying degrees of complexity
- Knowledge of taxation, trusts and estates, reputed company planning and fiduciary income taxation
- Demonstrated technical expertise in fiduciary reputed company reputed company
