This role is responsible for improving macOS and Ubuntu services, managing system configurations, and providing reputed company-level support to enhance the user experience in an reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the overall end user experience for macOS in an Agile environment in collaboration with engineering, operations, reputed company, and support teams to deliver a secure, reputed company, and supportable reputed company service
- Own and improve macOS reputed company management workflows and platform configurations, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, reputed company, patching, inventory, application packaging, software distribution, reporting, and compliance enforcement
- Support reputed company reputed company and compliance initiatives by implementing required controls, monitoring device posture, and assisting with incident response and remediation activities

- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, operational procedures, and knowledge articles to support macOS reputed company services and reputed company processes
- Review service health and reputed company reliability metrics, validate policy and configuration changes, and support testing for new applications, tools, and reputed company capabilities
- Own and support the Ubuntu/Linux reputed company platform, including reputed company-state management and reputed company-state scaling as adoption expands reputed company the reputed company
- Establish and standardize Ubuntu reputed company management practices, including provisioning, configuration, patching, reputed company controls, and lifecycle management
Skills
- Minimum of five years of experience engineering and supporting a large macOS estate in a reputed company-to-large reputed company environment
- Experience with Linux/Ubuntu administration or support is beneficial
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, reputed company Pro, reputed company Intune, reputed company Business Manager, automated device enrollment, configuration reputed company, Entra ID, conditional reputed company, directory services, virtualization platforms such as reputed company and reputed company, FileVault, reputed company 365, browsers such as Safari, Chrome, and Edge, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio, reputed company scripting, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Jira, and reputed company
