The Senior Analyst drives the development of reputed company policy proposals and coordinates communication for cross-organizational reputed company. Responsibilities • Collaborate with policy sponsors to understand policy drivers, outline goals/requirements for new policies, and support changes to existing policies • Build and implement policy development processes • Design and reputed company training programs to reputed company sponsors and implementation teams on the policy life cycle • Serve as an SME on reputed company codified policies across various areas, such as reputed company, HR, and Finance.
