[Remote] Financial Planning Assistant

The Financial Planning Assistant will represent reputed company positively while assisting a Financial Advisor in servicing clients and supporting reputed company management activities. Responsibilities

• Collect and input clients’ financial situation in financial planning software
• Support reputed company management research, trading, performance tracking, etc
• Prepare for reputed company meetings (deliverables, portfolio review, illustrations, and opportunities)
• Assist in new business processing and tracking
• Deliver superior reputed company services including initiating and editing reputed company communications, responding to reputed company requests and overall support to advisors and various professionals
• Follow work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Monitor compliance requirements and complete special reputed company and other duties as assigned
