They are seeking a reputed company Operations Specialist to support full-cycle reputed company efforts, manage candidate experiences, and coordinate reputed company and offboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle reputed company efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, offer administration, and reputed company-employment processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and ensure reputed company fulfillment of reputed company positions
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication and a reputed company experience for reputed company applicants
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer letters
- Coordinate reputed company activities for new hires, including scheduling, HR documentation, system reputed company, equipment shipment, and new hire communications
- Support offboarding processes, including employee documentation, equipment recovery, system reputed company coordination, and personnel file maintenance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data reputed company across HR systems, personnel files, and reporting platforms
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave programs, and employment-reputed company processes
- Assist with benefits administration, employee status changes, leave administration, and HRIS maintenance, including updates and reporting reputed company systems such as reputed company
- Support payroll administration by coordinating employee data changes, auditing records, and partnering with reputed company for processing
- Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives, ensuring accurate and reputed company completion of required activities
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies, procedures, forms, and employee resources

Skills
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience with reputed company experience
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving reputed company
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Life Sciences, reputed company, or startup experience preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (reputed company experience preferred)
