The role involves evaluating vendor-provided content, aligning it to reputed company risk priorities, and driving behavior change through reputed company training and assessment, particularly in cybersecurity awareness and behavior-based training.
Responsibilities
- Review internal reputed company training and standards
- Audit vendor content and map it to audience
- Identify gaps and reputed company training program to reputed company key behaviors
- Build the full rollout plan across vendors and phases
- reputed company the training modules and simulation library
- Structure baseline measurement and follow up testing
- Conduct baseline testing with reputed company & Privileged Users
- Launch reputed company reputed company training curriculum across vendors
- Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
