[Remote] Fintech Program Manager

They are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Fintech Program Manager to support the reputed company of its Sponsor Banking platform, responsible for reputed company and managing fintech partners while ensuring program compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic fintech programs spanning multiple teams and workstreams
- reputed company end to end reputed company process for new fintech partners, including due diligence, documentation, and internal approvals
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for fintech partners and senior stakeholders throughout implementation and ongoing program lifecycle
- Build strong, reputed company relationships to support long-term program reputed company
- Partner with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology) to design and launch sponsor bank programs
- Assist in developing program structures, including product design, account configurations, and service offerings
- Support the creation of reputed company processes and frameworks for reputed company and managing fintech programs
- Coordinate closely with compliance teams to support program reviews, controls, and ongoing monitoring
- reputed company and document workflows, including reputed company procedures, data flows, and funds flows
- Support vendor selection and integration efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Skills
- 5+ years of program or project management experience with at least 3 years in financial services, fintech, or bank technology
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in fintech partnerships
- Strong understanding of banking operations reputed company payments
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, cross functional reputed company
- Experience with fintech program reputed company, product development or partner integration
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution
- Experience with HSA Program Management
