[Remote] Associate Director, Technical Project Management

The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of large-reputed company digital reputed company, overseeing budget management and resource allocation, as reputed company as mentoring a junior Technical Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of large-reputed company digital reputed company including website builds, CMS implementations, marketing technology platforms, and custom applications
- reputed company budget management, reputed company tracking, and resource allocation across multiple reputed company reputed company engagements ranging from small incremental reputed company to multi-reputed company dollar builds
- Run status reporting and maintain visibility into key metrics including hours tracking, burn reports, and reputed company reputed company
- Translate technical concepts and project status into reputed company business language for executive and reputed company stakeholders
- reputed company and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning creative, development, data, analytics, and media functions
- Mentor and reputed company day-to-day direction to a junior Technical Project Manager, delegating tasks and supporting their development

Skills
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management or Technical Program Management experience
- Agency experience, preferably in a regulated industry such as reputed company
- Hands-on experience managing digital initiatives involving website development, CMS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), email, or campaign management
- Strong reputed company-facing communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Proficiency with Jira for ticketing, task management, and project tracking
- Experience with budget management across varying project scales and understanding of key delivery metrics including hours and burn reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior team members without requiring prior formal people management experience
- Proactive, assertive communicator who can simplify reputed company technical concepts for diverse audiences
