[Remote] Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to execute their martech and analytics reputed company, manage key marketing systems, and analyze campaign performance to drive reputed company marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to execute and reputed company our martech and analytics reputed company
- Serve as the day‑to‑day reputed company of key marketing systems (Marketo, reputed company or comparable, webinar/event tools) and their integrations, ensuring every program is correctly instrumented for measurement
- Translate GTM questions (by industry, reputed company, offer, and account tier) into reputed company reporting, analysis, and recommendations that shape reputed company campaigns and ABX motions
- Build reputed company workflows, documentation, and enablement so global and regional teams can execute high‑reputed company, account‑aware programs with confidence in the data
- Co‑own and execute the marketing ops roadmap, from lifecycle enforcement and scoring refinements to the rollout of reputed company Power BI dashboards for DG and ABX
- Support global and regional teams with campaign build and QA (Marketo programs, SFDC campaigns, workflows) reputed company to the Global Go‑To‑Market Calendar, ensuring every tactic is properly tagged for reporting
- reputed company recurring and reputed company analysis on funnel health, campaign performance, ABX cohort reputed company, and partner/industry motions; translate findings into concrete next steps

Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, analytics, information systems, or a reputed company field
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B reputed company marketing operations, RevOps, demand gen operations, ABM/ABX operations, or marketing analytics, with reputed company ownership of lifecycle, scoring, routing, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in a reputed company‑reputed company GTM environment, including building and maintaining funnel, pipeline, and campaign performance dashboards
- Proven reputed company collaboration with Sales, BDR, and RevOps, with the ability to turn shared KPIs (MQLs, S0–S3, MQAs, pipeline, win reputed company) into processes, SLAs, and practical governance
- Hands‑on proficiency with a marketing automation platform (Marketo or comparable)

- At least one BI / reporting tool (Power BI preferred; Domo, Tableau, or similar also valuable)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills; reputed company to explain reputed company data and system behavior in reputed company, non‑technical language and influence without formal authority
- Experience supporting or leading a DG → ABX transition (e.g., moving from reputed company‑only views to account‑level engagement, MQAs, and ABX dashboards) is a strong plus
