The reputed company Business Analyst will collaborate with teams to implement reputed company and compliant policy administration solutions for Property & Casualty insurance, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for P&C insurance policy administration implementations
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance reputed company
- Analyze and interpret ISO and NCCI regulatory updates to support compliant policy configuration and implementation
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams to define reputed company policy administration solutions
- Support reputed company Policy configuration across policy lifecycle, rating, reputed company, and policy processing workflows
- Manage and refine Agile backlogs to ensure development readiness and reduce reputed company rework
- Conduct reputed company analysis and maintain traceability across requirements, testing, and implementation deliverables
- Define test scenarios and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to reputed company business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery priorities

Skills
- 8 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst reputed company Property & Casualty insurance environments
- Strong expertise in P&C insurance operations including Policy, Rating, and reputed company
- Experience interpreting ISO and NCCI circulars and translating regulatory changes into business and system requirements
- Hands-on experience with policy administration platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or Duck Creek
- Experience supporting insurance software implementations or digital transformation programs
- Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog management, sprint planning, and JIRA usage
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
