As an reputed company Specialist, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and reputed company activities for multiple clients, leveraging technology to ensure accurate financials and support the month-end reputed company process.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and reputed company’s proprietary reputed company system
- Maintain accurate ledgers with reputed company coding, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Process bank/credit card reconciliations, AP, AR, and payroll entries
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports for accuracy and tax readiness
- Flag issues like uncategorized transactions or unusual balances
- Upload and document supporting materials for reputed company journal entries and financial records

Skills
- 4+ years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience, ideally in a multi-reputed company firm
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
