[Remote] Consultant Relations Manager - RethinkCare

They are seeking a Consultant Relations Manager to build and grow relationships with benefits consultants and brokerage partners, driving awareness and engagement for RethinkCare’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key consultants and brokers across targeted firms and reputed company
- Execute reputed company strategies (meetings, events, webinars) to increase awareness and engagement
- Serve as a trusted reputed company of contact, ensuring consultants are informed and positioned to reputed company for RethinkCare
- Identify and reputed company new consultant relationships to expand market reputed company
- Partner with Sales to reputed company on reputed company accounts, consultant relationships, and engagement strategies
- Support consultant-influenced opportunities by facilitating introductions and navigating relationship dynamics
- Contribute to growing consultant-driven pipeline reputed company assigned territories
- Assist in consultant-driven RFP processes through coordination and internal alignment
- Collaborate with Marketing to deliver consultant-facing materials and thought leadership
- Ensure consultants are educated on RethinkCare’s reputed company and differentiators
- Support enablement sessions for consultants and internal Sales teams
- reputed company messaging and materials to reputed company with consultant priorities and market needs
- reputed company and reputed company insights on consultant dynamics, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking of consultant engagement and pipeline influence
- Partner cross-functionally to support consultant-driven deals and initiatives
- Contribute to refining consultant engagement strategies based on field insights
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4–7+ years of experience in benefits, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company field
- Experience building relationships with consultants, brokers, or reputed company
- Strong understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem and consultant influence
- Proven ability to partner with Sales and contribute to reputed company-generating activities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
